The last time I took an official IQ test conducted by a professional was in grade 3. Back then I was tested at 129. It is said that your IQ does not change with age (not by much anyway). Since then, I have taken numerous online IQ tests but almost all of which are very inaccurate.
Interestingly, a lot of online IQ tests have a conflict of interest. After completing some of them, you will be presented with a very inflated IQ score (I’ve scored as high as 179), followed by a suggestion to join some sort of society for the intellectually gifted, like Mensa. Of course, this is a clever form of affiliate marketing which is surprisingly effective by some accounts.
A Free Accurate IQ Test?
I saw this free IQ test posted on reddit which supposedly does not inflate your score nor does it reveal answers at the end of the test so you could potentially reuse the test. I gave it a shot and I came out with a score of 122.

It should be noted that this test only tests one aspect of your intelligence (spatial visualization) and it assumes that you are an adult so it cannot be taken as truly accurate. However, seeing as this is the lowest score I’ve ever gotten on an online IQ test and there is no affiliate marketing, I’d consider it to be the most accurate online IQ test I’ve taken thus far.

Did you take the test? What’s your IQ and how does it compare with other tests you’ve done?
